It’s not just about ideas.
It’s about making them happen.
As a small, specialist planing consultancy based in Hawke’s Bay, our size and local knowledge is our strength.
Our team lives and breathes the unique issues facing property developers in Hawke’s Bay and other North Island regions including Tairawhiti and Tararua.
Our approach is one of partnership - with our clients, our councils and our mana whenua. We also have close working relationships with a number of technical experts including surveyors, engineers, architects and environmental specialists.
Through collaborative, down-to-earth communication we demystify the resource consent and strategic planning process. By doing so we enable our clients to unlock the value of what is often their biggest asset and realise the potential of their land.
